I have over 400 DVC points. Home resorts are Boardwalk and Vero but will reserve any DVC property. The family is too busy to use them so I will rent for $11 per point. I've been a DVC owner for 13 years and have rented many times with absolutely no issues. I will work with you on availability and options if your first choice won't work. We have a vacation booked already and would like to extend our stay to include a 1 BR standard view at AKV (prefer Jambo, but Kidani is fine) from Friday, Nov. 2 to Thursday, Nov. 8. There will be 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 11, 11 and 8).

Could you see if there is any availability? If a standard view is unavailabile, we would consider a savanna view, or just let us know what our options are, if any. I know this is food and wine festival time and many places are booked already.

My son and I are frequent Disney visitors, but this time, we have invited his best friend and his family, so we'd love to show them the magic of staying on property!

I am interested in a Bay Lake Tower Deluxe Studio as my first choice or a Boardwalk Villas Deluxe Studio for my second choice. Check-in date will be Friday, October 26, 2012 and check-out date is Saturday, November 3, 2012. That is a total of 8 nights, 5 at the weekday rate and 3 at the weekend rate. I calcualte that I would require 121 points for Bay Lake Tower or 92 points for the Boardwalk Villas. Can pay with PayPal. You can contact me at 225-803-9095.
