I am looking at ticket options for my trip in October. I will be visiting WDW (onsite), Seaworld (seaworld affiliated hotel) and US/IOA. I have tentatively planned 4 park days for Universal with onsite stay. Do you think this will be adequate given that Diagon Alley will be open then? I want to make use of Early Entry for both sides of WWoHP areas.

4 days is def plenty, we usually do a park a day but Diagon alley should def change that. of course certain days in Oct will be HHN so the park may close early for the event, to my knowledge they haven't stated there will be early entry for the Diagon Alley yet. I imagine at some point they will but just in cast I would plan for both scenarios .

if you plan your stay for weekdays and not weekends, i think you will have less crowds.

at the middle of october, weekends are packed due to hhn.
many will come by afternoon and do the rides and shows then wait for the hard ticket event.

wednesday nights are added to the hhn dates when mid october begins.
Thur-Sun will be the periods hhn will be held. the studios will close at 5:00 to clear out the park at that time in preparations for hhn.

staying onsite and using the express lines will be a benefit for you.
