4 night stay - can I book dining for 5th day?

I'm quickly approaching the 180 day mark for our 4 night stay in a Disney hotel. We are moving to an offsite hotel on day 5. Will I only be able to book dining reservations for 180 +4, or will I be able to book for our offsite days as well?
