4 Character Meals.

We are going in Oct. with DB, SIL, DNiece(8) and DNephew(5). We usually don't do character meals (our kids grown and married) but this trip I have booked Princess breakfast in Norway, Crystal Place dinner, Donald's breakfast at AK and Chef Mickey's dinner. Thoughts on these choices?

I would say those are good choices. You have a nice variation of characters. Princess at Akershus, Pooh Characters at CP, and the classics at the other two. You won't get Donald any other way!

I have to say I love them all, but after my trip last week Garden Grill is my new fav! The character interaction is absolutely unbeatable! They came to our tables several times and really spent time with the children rather than a quick signature and picture. The food isn't bad either. I would go for an early dinner at CP. We do this and we are the first to get a crack at the buffet. Nothing like a big pan of mac and cheese for the kids with no dents in it!

I've dined at 2 of your 4 choices, so I can only comment on those.

Crystal Palace: This is my favorite (and must-dine) place to dine at the Magic Kingdom on every trip. Have always had great food & service there.

Chef Mickey's (Dinner): This was the worst meal I have ever had on WDW property. Food was awful and the service was atrocious. Won't go back there for dinner again. Breakfast yes, but dinner never.
