4 and 5 star hotels with bus to Disney

I know there are some close 3 star hotel that offer transportation to disney, but what about 4 and 5 star hotels? Can I find a list somewhere with this information?

The new Waldorf Astoria and Hilton Bonnet Creek opened October 1st. They provide their own free shuttle to the TTC. They also have a Bonnet Creek bus (I think it's Mears) that is also available, but it does make stops at other BC hotels. A link to the thread for these two hotels is above my ticker.

...and I want to say the Waldorf is the only 5 star in Orlando and you cannot get much closer either...

Lake Buena Vista Village Resort & Spa has shuttle service. Also Lake Eve Resort (which I stayed at a few weeks ago).
Lake Eve units were absolutely gorgeous, we had a 2 bedroom unit on the top floor.
