We called at 7:00 Chicago time and were given 8 minute hold time. 51 minutes later, I was able to talk to an agent. She was able to help me change my existing 7 day Eastern Caribbean from this September on the Magic to a new 7 day Eastern Caribbean for September 2012 on the Fantasy.
$3436.91 for a Category 9B for 2 adults and 2 children, ages 3 and 1 (with insurance and no ground transfer). An increase of $700 to switch for same itinerary from Magic to Fantasy (and add a 1 year old).

In the meantime, after a long wait for website to be up and show new itineraries, I completed my online booking for 2 day NY Aug 10 cruise.
(As I was entering my credit card information, the agent came on the line on the phone...51 minutes total on hold!)
