4:30 pm flight on a weekday. What time would I have o get ME back to the airport.

If I have a 4:30 pm flight what is the latest time I could get a disney bus back to the airport from POR?

They will assign you a bus in the time frame of 1:15-1:45 depending on where your stop is on the loop. It's always right around the three hour mark give or take due to stop sequence.

...and you need to be at the bus stop waiting, bags checked if you are using RAC. Not in line to check bags, or anything like that.

You can ask for an earlier pickup time if you want/need more time in the airport. You can't ask for a later pick up time. Disney's contract with MCO requires passengers be scheduled to arrive at MCO 2 hours before flight time. The 3 hour pick up time allows 30 minutes or so for driving and a little less then 30 minutes for other stops, traffic delays and loading.

Plan for a pick up time that is 3 hours before your flight time. Also, make sure to be at the DME stop a minimum of 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. If you need to check bags at the RAC counter make sure that is done before that 15 minute window starts.

The bus will not wait and you can not just get on the next bus if you miss yours.
