4/3 Deal ~ Is it just for a certain amount of rooms?

Does anyone know if they block a certain amount of rooms from each resort for this deal? I've seen so many threads here talking about there being no availability that it has me worried all of the resorts are going to be at capacity (while this is good for Disney, it's not great for our vacation....lol). I realize we're going during peak season, but I did a bit of research before booking to try to get the least busy week for Spring Break (3/21-3/28).

they block rooms for the discounts. if you try to book a regular ressie, w/o the discount, you get a lot more availability...usually

My TA said they block only a certain number of rooms for each resort, so no they might not be at capacity if the resorts show no rooms available for a certain discount. We wanted CBR preferred, but the only room we could get was standard with the 4/3. Still lots of rooms left, but not at the 4/3 preferred.
