I am still trying to get over the fact that 2 weeks ago we were in WDW. It gives me a huge lump in my throat when I think about it that way. Anyways, here is the best trip report that a 15 year old could ever write! It's even better than my ESSAY!

April 29th 2006:

We were off to the airport at a quiet 3:30 am. We arrived at the airport with basically no sleep and no food. Though, the joy and excitement beat the hunger. We had difficulty finding where we were supposed to check in and book our seats but after that all was well and no tears were shed from arugements. We went to our assigned terminals and we waited until 7am when we boarded the plane. I've always been afraid of airplanes but this time it was fun! 10:20am- We arrived at Orlando MCO and were so excited that I thought I was going to scream right out loud. We slowly headed towards the Immigration desks and did our security checks and everything else that's not so much fun. There was a HUGE weather difference as it was cold in Toronto but WARM SUNNY WARM in Orlando. We went to the Magical Express Desk and the line was long but we got through it. It was so exciting seeing the Mickey Mouse head and patiently waiting until I get to see him in Real Life! We went to the line up that said "Polynesian & Contemporary" Resort. It was exciting to see our hotel name written there. About 20 minutes later we boarded the old style bus and sat down on our red star seats! The FRONT ROW SEATS with a perfect window view! The Bus driver was really nice and was also funny. We watched the video about WDW but I couldn't keep my eyes off the road. All those signs for Disney World. But the biggest sign was the Welcome To Walt Disney World Resort! Everyone clapped and I almost screamed again. I could feel the magic starting already. (Cries, brings back memories) We passed the ToT sign and alot of other things but seeing the Magic Kingdom Area Sign was the BEST! Knowing that the hotel was just around the corner. We were the first ones dropped off at the Polynesian Resort and I grabbed my moms hand I counted down until we walked through those doors into the gorgeous hotel EVER! (It's hard to type this) We arrived at the check in desk waiting to see what room we got! It was FIJI! Room 2010. I can still remember holding my room key waiting for my mom to be done. As soon as we left the check in desk we passed BouTiki and Captain Cooks. Alot has changed I thought to myself. We walked through the back sliding doors into the burst of sunlighted heat. Fiji wasn't that far away from where we stood. It brought back good memories. The lazing sun glared in my eyes as we approached a sign. The sign read "FIJI". I have stayed in the same building before and could remember it perfectly!

We got to our room and I was perfectly amazed by the monorail view that we had! Oh my! It was perfect. Just with no balcony but it was still perfect. We didn't have our luggage since we took the Magical Express. So we decided to take a stroll and go get mugs. They had the same style mugs as they did 2 years ago but who really cared? I filled mine up with Barqs Rootbeer! Which I miss right now. Than we went upstairs to go check out the menu for Kona Cafe. We decided to eat there but my brother "chickened" out and ate at the Food Court. I ate Chicken noodle soup and my dad and mom ate the Asian Noodle Bowls. It was the best meal ever. Or for that day. Than me my mom and dad went to the Food Court to fill up our mugs and we headed back to the room. We found my brother sleeping on the day bed already. I ran over to the window and saw the monorail going by. It was the perfect view ever! We watched the tv for about 20 minutes than we went upstairs to ride the monorail. Hearing the "Please Stand Clear Of The Doors" was the coolest part. We got off at the contemporary and went to their shops and had so much fun because my brother kept hiding behind the walls which you can walk behind. I was always interested in their arcade and the monorail train going around and around. We got back on the monorail and went back to the Poly. Everyone was hungry so we went to the snack shop and bought some candy and other goodies. (I can't remember what we did after that) Later on that day we went to the Food Court to get some food for supper. I got a kids chicken meal and my parents got the pulled pork sandwich. It was really good and just sitting in the chairs brought back memories from previous trips. After we ate our supper my brother mom and dad went out for a walk and I watched the Disney Channel. I was so amazed with it. When they came back we watched TV and after that I can't remember what we did. LATER that night we walked to the beach to watch the fireworks. They were amazing and we also saw the light parade. I love that water pagent show. We went back to our hotel room and we slept.

April 30th-

Our first full day at wdw. I woke up at 4am and couldn't sleep anymore so I turned on the tv and decided to watch it. Well what do you know? I fell asleep the moment something good came on. My mom woke me up and asked me if I wante to walk around the hotel so I did. I had had my shower the night before because it does get crowded in the morning. We walked around and than it was time to eat at Kona Cafe for our first breakfast. I wasn't really that hungry so I just decided to eat a fruit bowl not knowing I would regret that later on. My brother had the big Kahuna and my mom and dad had french toast. After breakfast we went back to our hotel room freshened up and went to the MK. I was so excited when my mom gave me the park ticket to hold. We went through security and baggage check and all was well. We entered the Kingdom and it was really cool but I had forgotten what it was like. I wanted to see the castle and the Emporium because that's all I could picture in my head. We turned the corner and there it was the GOLDEN CASTLE! It was just like the pictures made it out to be. We headed closer and closer to the castle and than stopped to look at it but than we went to Tomorrowland and decided to ride Buzz Lightyear. My mom beat me because the ride was broken and my gun didn't work. I got 999 and she got 999,999. :o After that we went to Space Mountain. I knew I had to face the space fear that was held in my mind from the first year. I wanted my mom to go on it with me but she didn't want to. We waited in line and my hand got all sweaty and I was shaking. I was so scared. We apporached the loading area but the ride broke down and they had tot urn on the work lights so you could see the track up above/ It was so cool but really high.We finally boarded and than we were off. I was scared because I knew that it was going to be hurkey jurkey. But I didn't scream and I survived! We met my mom at the enterence and than we were off to Frontierland to get fastpasses for SM and BTMR. But SM was broken down so we decided to do a walk on for BTMR. It was so fun and I screamed because I was really short so between my feet and the bar was like alot of room.
