At park opening time each morning I would expect.

The fast passes opened right at 8:00am this morning. We were able to snag some for our party of 8. We also did the rope drop to do it twice and like posted above it was kind if chaos. We were close to front. Kids were getting lost, people run over, and the line when we came out insane. 2 hrs later it was maybe 30 min standby wait.

Yes, you can book them on the app. It's just like making any other FP....you could modify an existing tier 1 selection to TSM or you would have to use all 3 before adding it as a 2nd tier 1 FP.

At around 1 yesterday we were able to get FP for our party of 9 for 7 pm by splitting into 3 groups with overlapping times.

I started looking for a FP+ for Midway Mania at 8am to replace RnRC and didn't see any all day. We were able to ride with a 15 minute wait around 7pm.
