3yo birthday & our last night - MK restaurant rec?

Looking for the perfect place for dinner for our last night which happens to be our daughter's 3rd birthday! We plan to be in the Magic Kingdom that day. We already have reservations for the Epcot princess dinner one day & Chef Mickey's for dinner another day. HW&Vine for breakfast one day.

Of whats available (our trip is very soon!) Crystal Palace is available and also Whispering Canyon Cafe. These are just 2 that I've read are fun. THeres many other restaurants available but I dont know much about them.

Tips for a special atmosphere for her, but also good food and pleasant atmosphere for us for our last night!

Whispering Canyon sounds fun, but is it a bit ... over the top? We are not big lets get up on stage type people! And I tend to get headaches easily! But if the kids would really like it...& the food was real good...worth it??

Or crystal palace better choice...

or any other suggestions?

Is she into princesses? For my 3 yo birthday we went to the dinner at 1900 Park Faire. They have Cinderella, Prince Charming, Stepmother and stepsisters. Cinderella dances with the prince and they let the kids dance a bit if I remember correctly. Nothing fancy since it is a buffet, but the Grand Floridian is beautiful and it is a nice character meal.
