Name for the trip report , 3rd time lucky - Due to the fact, it is my 3rd time to Florida!
Background of the trip:
Booked 2 weeks stay at Orange lake country club whilst in Florida last May. Flights were with TCD.. The trip reports will be in bullet points ( Only day one.. the rest I waffled and there are no bullet points, just alot of words) and pictures, so don't expect anything long. Right on with the show, deep breathes everyoneee...
P.S Sorry if not much of it makes sense , just a few private jokes in it from other forums. lol Enjoy.
Day 1 - April 28th 2007.
- Manchester airport for 8am.
- Checked-in
- Garfunkels for breakfast over in terminal 2, I had the cheese and tomato toasted sandwich, with chips and a coke.
- Admired the planes out of the window, where I saw my ride.
- Bought a bottle of aftershave in duty free. (Joop go if anyone is interested)
- Called to the boarding gate and saw my ride hooked up to the air bridge.
- Take off was at 2.20 , 50minutes late, Oh well!

- Flight went smoothly. Had a drink! FREE WOOOOOO!
- Was very bored. (AND NO I DIDNT GO POTTY, I went from home till Orlando without going tinkle....)

- First meal was serve about 4pmish, UK time. I had pasta parmesan or something or other! Not very nice.
- Second meal was served an hour before landing, it was a little disapointing, just a bloody scone.
Was hoping it would have ben a sandwich like last year.
- The flight landed at 5.40, 10mins later than planned! No hardship right?!

- Out of immigration by 6.20, not bad! It's a record for me , this bein my 3rd time. (And my first to Florida in Economy!!!!!!)
- Got the car which was a bloody bus! It was huge! (pic later on in trippie)
- Left the airport at 7.30ish.
- This is where my 'driver' got 'us' lost. Crap! Eventually got to Orangelake country club near maingate west on the 192 at 8.45! One was not amused. lololol
- I was allocated a 2 bed villa in the newly built river island area of OLCC. This is right next to the river island water park. All I can say is WOW! This place is stunning. I had a hottub, huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge kitchen, 2 water closets (LOL), dvd player, VCR and the best thing of all... 52" flat screen plasma TV! YEAH BABY!!!!!!!! Fabulous!!
- Went to Denny's for 11ish and I had just a classic burger and chips, it was huge. I just ate the bun and chips.
- Walmart after that, eventually left there at 2am!!! EEEEE I had been up since 3am UK time. KNACKERED would be an understatement. lolol
- Now, BED TIME! YAHOOOO.
Night night, day 2 sooon. Epcot and the kitchen sink =)
