I know Disney is partnered with a few 3rd party stroller rental companies. We are considering renting a stroller this year to try and save room in our car. Has anyone used these companies? Are the strollers clean? Are they roomy? Do they have a decent sized undercarriage? What are some of your experiences with them? And which is the best companies to rent from? Will they deliver them to your rooms at Disney as well? Thanks in advance for any info! :)

We used them a few times in the past. We rented the City Mini Double GT. We used Kingdom Strollers. The stroller was great and easy to push. Great storage area. We also had a rain cover and a small soft sided cooler that came with it. Loved the stroller. My kids were 4/5 then 5/6 when we used them and they had enough room. The stroller was waiting for us at bell services when we arrived and they were always very clean.

We have used Orlando Stroller Rental and on our trip 11/11-11/20 we are using them again. The stroller was at bell services waiting for us when we arrived and just had to drop it off there at the end of our trip. The stroller was very clean and I thought the price was very reasonable. They offer insurance for $20 which I highly recommend. If the stroller gets damaged or even stolen, there is no cost to you. We rented the City Mini GT single I believe and there was a good amount of room. We carry a large backpack style baby bag and it fit but was a little tight going in and out of undercarriage. When you fill out the form they ask for your family name and they put a weather proof placard on the bottom so you know your stroller. They also offer a free rain cover if you select that option but just remember to put it back into stroller when you return it to bell services. The website also links to the stroller manufacturer so you can see all the strollers in action and some have 360 degree pictures.

We got the City Mini Double GT too from Kingdom Strollers - 4 years in a row. The strollers are always very clean and ready waiting for us at Bell Services. I would definitely recommend them!

Thank you all for your experiences with these! This definitely makes me feel more comfortable with renting one this time!

We had a city mini double from kingdom last week and it was great. It was very clean. We picked it up and dropped it with bell services at the hotel. It was waiting for us when we arrived. I added on the rain cover, cooler, insurance, and also a case of water.

The city mini has a big basket under it, but it is hard to get to and the kids could not be sitting in it when we were trying to put stuff in or take it out. This is the reason I did not purchase this stroller when I was buying a double. We carried the backpack and put things we would not need often like our jackets. The city mini is great for Disney because it is not bulky and folds easily to fit on busses.

I wouldn't need a double one, as i just have one child, but basket issue was just on the double? we love a good sized basket, but that would be annoying not being able to use it when my daughter is in there…haha

I think the single is okay. With the double there is a crossbar that connects the two legs of the stroller and goes right on top of the basket causing it to be basically useless.

I just looked at a picture of the single and did not see the bar over the basket so hopefully it is easier to access. Other then the basket issue, it is a great stroller, drove smooth, and folded very easily.
