3amPST booking necessary BOG lunch, Beaches & Teppan Edo?

CA here, booking window opening soon and trying to decide if it's necessary to get up at 3am to book these ADRs or if my normal 6am will still give me a good shot at getting them? Booking Teppan Edo dinner 180 days out, BOG lunch 183 days, and Beaches & Creams lunch 186 days out. I've only done a couple trips to WDW but I know my other ADRs will be fine. Part of me says "better safe than sorry just set the darn alarm and if you don't get back to sleep buck it up" but the other part responds with "3AM!!!! " Nothing is guaranteed in the world of ADRs I know but any thoughts?

For BOG most definitely. My window opened and the ADRs for BOG dinner are basically gone and there are very few lunches left.

As a fellow Californian I understand your pain. For most reservations I would say you are fine waiting but BOG lunch and B&C can be tough (I have never booked Teppan Edo so no clue there). B&C is just so small that there are times we have been completely shut out for our trips at time of booking opening, that said, we have always been able to get the reservations we wanted via stalking availability or using the TP reservation finder, but I still prefer to just get up early myself and at least give myself the best chance.
