395 days of planning all lead up to this! Sept/Oct 2012

Holy moly! I haven't been on here in forever!!! I can't believe time is going by so fast!!! I'm ready for the October park hours to be posted; it should be soon!!

I hope all is well with you!! It sounds like you had an amazing trip! Since time is going by so fast, and our trip is getting closer, maybe I'll actually sign on to this more often!! haha I've been having withdrawls lol!

Everything is going well so far. I'm working a lot. The kids are good. My oldest is getting REALLY *****y so I figure he's finally "teenager" cause he fights with his brother all the time. It's driving me crazy!

209 days till our trip!!!!

I worked yesterday (and the 5 days before that *ugh*) but I have today off so I am gonna try and do laundry, load the dishwasher and clean my bedroom.

I'd rather be on the DIS though!

Whew!! I finally made it through your PTR!! I thought I had visited before but I guess I hadn't!!

There was a bunch of stuff I was going to comment on but of course I forgot now!!

The one thing I will comment on though is the Rental Car issue. Personally I don't see a need to rent a car when staying onsite. Even my husband the Disney hater is okay with riding the bus and agreed that transportation was not an issue... Except for getting to/from AKL!! To me that is money better spent elsewhere...

Ha-Ha on the notepad and pen! I had meant to multi-quote a bunch of things I wanted to comment on but my laptop became unplugged and shut down on me so I lost them...

So for me I think having a car would be more stressful! I hate driving in places that I am unfamiliar with! The busses get you where you need to go pretty quickly and even if you have to stand its usually not for very long...

Gotta love the teenagers!! I don't know how my mom didn't smack me in the face several times when I was a teen! I wasn't rebellious, but I sure did talk back a lot!! Thankfully, that's over now!! haha Hang in there, I'm sure it will get better

YAY for 208 days for you now!!!! I'm suuper bummed I couln't change my dates to meet you guys! Ben got a new job, and we are hoping he can even get off for the trip!! (I told him I'm going anyway! lol) But, you never know, maybe something will work itself out!!

I'm glad you are doing well! Ben and I finally got moved into our new apartment, and it's soooo nice living in a bigger city!! I can drive down the street and be at Wal Mart, as opposed to driving 45 minutes; and my Church is in this city too, so that makes me even happier!!

I've have a craaazy beginning of the year, so I haven't had the time I've wanted to keep up with you guys, but it's getting less crazy, so I'll be around more! I've had like at least one doctor's appt. a week pretty much since January!!
But, as you've seen on FB, everything is working out with that, thank GOD!!!

I drive in blizzards so nothing stresses me out! lol I have driven on the crazy interstates in California and just recently drove from Manitoba to Minneapolis. Had no idea where I was going, just listened to my GPS. Well my dads. I've never used one before. It scares the **** out of you when it hasn't said anything in like an hour and then it comes on to tell you about a turn coming up! My friend Gina would everytime it talked! And I would .

Yes for sure. I see your updates on FB! I'm glad things are working out. I do still hope that somehow you will get to change your dates so we can all meet you! But we got our PTRS and TRs to share with eachother and we got FB too! So even if we don't get to it's still all good.

I can't wait to be out of the 200's!!!! It's still shocking to look at how many days we have left...but then to see that we've almost gone through 195 days already...and it hasn't felt that long!

I know they are going to be so excited! I've only showed them photos of the basic rooms! lol Especially since it's their first vacation EVER!!! Ahhhhh I can't wait!!!! It's just taking so long!

We got a new manager at my work, and he asked what kind of music I liked, and I told him the genres I liked, and then also told him I loved Disney soundtracks! And he looked at me like I was crazy!hahaha He asked me if I had any kids, and when I said no, he looked at me like I was even crazier! hahaha good times! I guess not everyone gets it, huh?! lol

Atleast we have friends on here that do!

I'm sitting here laughing while reading all the posts about how everyone is the Disney person at work, or FB...I totally am that girl as well! Everyone is always rolling their eyes when I talk about it or they find out I am going...AGAIN! Anyways, with my DH's support I have now become a Disney Vacation Specialist...and I truly am now the go to Disney girl at work. The other day I was helping a co worker plan her first trip and I made a casual statement about how everyone makes fun of me until they need my help and she starting cracking up and totally agreed because she used to be one of them! Now, they are all going to take their turns drinking the kool-aid and come over to the Dark side!!!

hahaha that's so funny! I wore my black shirt with minnie's bow to work yesterday. Ended up meeting this woman who LOVES Disney too! So we talked about my trip and the Disney Store online (she didn't know about it!!!) and then she cursed when she had to go back to work.
