I need recommendations on a decent, not too expensive, 35mm point-and-shoot camera to buy for our upcoming WDW trip.

I have a really good Minolta with interchangeable lenses and all...it takes incredible pictures. But, it is also too heavy to carry around on a daily basis, too complicated to hand over to a CM or other guest to use, and too expensive to worry about it being stolen or lost!

What I'm looking for is something easy to use, so if a CM offers to take a picture he/she doesn't need a degree in photography to figure it out...lol. I also want good quality pictures.

What do you suggest?

I got the Olympus Stylus Epic. Should be abut $100. Great lens (2.8), compact, weather resistant. NO ZOOM but you have your SLR for times in which you want a zoom (AK).

Thanks! (sorry it took so long to post a reply) I'll check it out and shop around to see what kind of prices I find. I'd say that's within the price range I was looking at, though! :D

Still has the interchagable lens, but it's not heavy and has fool proof dummy settings that any idiot (me) can use!!

It looks nice, I'm not sure I want to spend so much right now, though. I really like the camera I have, but I'm the only one who can use it...LOL. So I'm not really looking to replace it. I like the fact that nobody asks to borrow my camera...LOL. :teeth:
