350 OKW Points For Rent @ $19.50 pp. Good at any resort!

We have been DVC members since 1997, have rented many times on DisBoards, use a contract to protect both parties, and can provide references. If you ask the many new friends I have made on this board by renting points, they will tell you I make this process very easy and organized. Payment via Zelle, which does not charge any fees, is preferred. Please provide the information below to allow me to check availability:

1. Desired Resort(s)
2. Check-in and Check-out Dates
3. Type of Accommodations (Studio, 1 BR, 2 BR, ...)
4. Number in Your Party (adults and children)

For those new to this, all the points on this board are mostly the same when your reservation dates are within 7 months. Doesn't matter if points are listed as Boardwalk, Riviera, or Sarasota Springs, they all can be used the same way. Don't be fooled into using more expensive points! We choose to list at a lesser price than most as we don't want to spend a lot of time renting points we are not using. We have travel plans ourselves

Hi there. Looking at that date there is some availability. A number of the resorts are undergoing maintenance during that time with some pools closed, upgrades to rooms, entrance and roads, and other things. Only the Floridian has no construction/maintenance for 7/2 with availability

None of those resorts have all 5 nights available. Busy time every year at Disney
-BW has 1 night
-BC has 4 nights - 8/2 check-in 8/6 check-out
-Poly has 4 nights - 8/3 check-in 8/7 check-out
-Riviera has 2 nights - 8/2 check-in 8/4 check-out

Good morning. I'll check that out and get back to u. We will need to communicate using the DisBoards direct messaging especially for u providing ur personal info for a reservation. If u haven't already, look at the top of this DVC Rent/Transfer board and read 'HOW TO USE the Disboards PRIVATE CONVERSATION/DIRECT MESSAGING SYSTEM (PM). We can then communicate in private.

BC is no longer avail any of those nights.
BW is avail 8/1 with check-out 8/5 (4 nights)
Poly is avail 8/3 with check-out 8/7 (4 nights)
Riviera is avail 8/1 with check-out 8/4 (3 nights)

I found availability for those dates. I assumed you are looking for 2 nights with checkout on 8/9. If not there is also availability for 8/9. If u wish to move forward we need to communicate using the DisBoards direct messaging especially for u providing ur personal info for a reservation. If u haven't already, look at the top of this DVC Rent/Transfer board and read 'HOW TO USE the Disboards PRIVATE CONVERSATION/DIRECT MESSAGING SYSTEM (PM). Basically u need to post 10 'test' messages on a special board to then be allowed to DM (direct message). We can then communicate in private. Let me know.
