330 AKL Animal Kingdom Lodge Points for Rent or Transfer, $20pp. 25% down with cancellation and change policy.

Experienced renter with flexible terms, 25% down and agreed upon payment schedule thereafter. I can do reservations 11 months out at Animal Kingdom and 7 months from check in at any other resort. Price is $20 per point with preferred payment options of Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. A rental contract will be provided along with refund options depending on specific dates and terms of the reservation.

No, unfortunately Aulani is almost entirely sold out for the month of Feb. you need to be out into the first full week of March before you could get more than a day or two. First full week in March is open in a studio.

I could do this reservation for you in a Deluxe Studio, standard view, for 65 points. Believe it or not, the next night available in a value studio is October 6, 2023. They are almost impossible to get unless you book right at the 11 month mark, and even then it is challenging. Let me know if you'd like to go the Deluxe route, it's available in Kidani village.

Yes, that's it. $1300 and there are no taxes either. I just require 25% down to book the room and will provide you a rental agreement with cancellation and change policies. As soon as I book the room, I will provide you the reservation number and confirmation email, and you can sync it with your My Disney Experience app. This gives you full visibility of the reservation at all times, just as if you had booked through Disney direct at a much higher price. There's only 2 resorts with availability. Saratoga Springs or Old Key West. The 20-24 dates are the cheaper dates... Unfortunately both resorts are 15 points per night.

Sorry, only the nights of 2/16 and 2/18 are available. You really need to be out in March before consecutive nights of availability starts to improve.
