The points will need to be used or banked by November. I believe transferred points can be banked.
Any experts out there?

I checked this Qn out with Member Services, and you can bank transferred points, provided that they are within the relevant banking window. Remember that the points retain their original home resort and Use Year. So there's your answer: Yes. Good luck!
