30 day mark for booking fast passes????

My daughter is trying to book fast passes for her Oct. trip with her bf and another couple. They have 3 day park tickets (she has an AP) and party tickets. It is only letting her book one day at a time. Why is that??? I thought once you hit the 30 day mark you could book all your days? Yesterday it let her do ONE park day and same thing today?? HELP please. Thanks!!

If staying off-site, it's day by day at 30 days. Been that way since it started.

OK thanks I will let her know. We have not stayed off property since the new FP started so this is new for her/me.
