Noticed a thread on here which said these are available from Paramount Intl Travel but I can't find them on their web site, just the usual 5- 7- and 10-day passes. Nothing on the UK Disney site either. Has anyone bought them recently or know if they are still available? It appears that they were only ever available in Europe and can't be bought at the parks.

I think I read something similar on the US boards.

But, send them an e-mail and ask if they are still selling them. I did this with 3 day Hopper plus tickets as they had been removed. They said that they sometimes do this if they only have a few left. I wanted 8 and they supplied them.

I found them extremely helpful

Yes the tickets are still avaialable.

They no longer have them on their website because they can only supply them to certain markets and not to everyone.

They have been very very quick to respond to e-mails I have sent them, and I have found them to be really helpful.

Thanks guys. I e-mailed them and, for the benefit of everyone else, here is the reply:

We still have the Florida Fun in the Sun tickets available. The price per adult is $310.00 and children ages 3 - 9 is $250.00 plus a delivery fee of $30.00. If you are interest to buy them you could send your information by email or calling us at 407-472-0008 Ext. 217.

Our alternative was premium annual passes at $520 each but with no guarantee of going back within the year then for me this looks very attractive.

Now does anyone know of anywhere cheaper than this please :-)

Can anyone tell me what date they need to be purchased by, and what date they expire?

I've got some friends (yes, sadly they won't be for me :( ) who will be visiting in May 2004 - will that be too late?

They are good to March 2004. I have recently purchased them. Maybe they will be selling them next year.

Just back after 14 days of using the Fun in the Sun ticket. Worked like a dream. Changed the voucher for ticket first time we went to MK and then used it every day after that.

Used it at KSC as well. Tell them at the entrance that it is a Fun in the Sun ticket and they give you a a bar coded ticket to get in through the turnstiles.

Some other museums also available through it but didn't use that.

Best thing is being able to pop into parks just for a few minutes without losing out on a days visit. Now, if we could get rid of the parking fees that would be really good!

Purchased mine from Paramount who were very effecient indeed.
Highly recommended!!

Thanks for the update Col - I'm definitely going to take the plunge now and get these for our trip in October, they are a bargain :)

I sent an email via their website. The replied using this email address: rosa@pit-email.com. Rosa is the lady that dealt with my reservation she is very helpful. I ordered the tickets on Thursday, faxed the info required on Friday and recieved them on Monday.

Could anyone tell me what is the difference between the 10 day world hopper and the 'Sun In The Fun' tickets please?

I know with the FINS there is KSC etc. I was thinking of the difference Disney wise.Is Disney Quest included in the 10 daY ticket? If it is there isn't any difference in the ticket is there??

Basic difference is FITS is good for 30 days and includes some non-Disney attractions.

Here's what I got from Paramount Intl Travel :

This attraction ticket can only be sold in some International Areas. The Florida Sun in the Sun Ticket requires the use of biometrics and may required proof of identification via passport or international driver's license with support photo ID for admission.

I have got the vouchers and they include more places to have breakfast in than named on the description. So you will have plenty of choice.

Just out of interest. When you get the actual tickets, what do they look like?

They are large cardboard vouchers which are folded in three. The top part is your park voucher, the middle is a description (for Italy, France and Germany) and the third is the breakfast voucher.

It looks better than I expected and is hard to lose.

2 more questions

Do the tickets go through the machines at the gates OK?

In your opinion, are there any drawbacks

Took our large cardboard voucher to the ticket office first time we went to a park ( we did oura at TTC ) and they, after checking our ID ( we took our passports ), changed the top part of the voucher for a ticket that is the same as say a hopper ticket.
You then use that ticket as normal in the entrance machines each time, + you put your fingers in the machine that reads something or other. Cant remember the technical term for that kind of checking.
Absolutely no problem. Its just like using any other Disney ticket.
Went to KSC and at the entrance showed them the ticket. They then gave us another ticket which took us through the ticket machine. Again no problem. Everyone seems to know about the ticket OK. Guess it would be the same for the other attractions covered by the Fun in the Sun voucher.
You keep the rest of the voucher to be used against booking the character meal. Didn't use that as character meals not really our thing but wouldn't expect any problems.
No draw backs at all. The ticket may not be common knowledge her in the UK but in Florida it seems to be well known and widely used. Its a great ticket!

me too :p

I knew there was a reason I didnt buy our tickets weeks ago.

We really have had great info from this and other sites, and have saved quite a bit of money also. That means more goodies to bring back and a higher chance of returning next year!!

thanks to all
