We went to our swim club today, as it was to cold to swim in our outdoor pool at home. I had the three little boys with me. the little guys bubbles and my new digital camera of course.
We walk in the door. And one of my 3 year old twins simply yells COWABUNGA!!!! and does a cannonball into the pool.
UUUMMMM you can not swim, Minor detail when you are 3 right? apparently.
Mom drops the armful of stuff including the digital camera to the tile. SMASH!!! and dives into the pool fully clothed. Boy were the other people surprised!!!!
I pulled him up, and couldn't help laughing... and said What were you thinking??? And he said that swimming would be fun!
He wasn't in the least bit afraid or concerned. Thank god I have padlock upon padlock on all my gates to the pool here!!!

We he was little--probably around 2 yrs several times that we were going swimming he just walked up to the pool and right on in. Every time he would start sinking, I had to jump in and pull him. He always came out spitting and sputtering and I'll be darned if he didnt do the same thing the next time (and the next time). Thank God he got a little bigger and we had swim lessons. Now e no longer sinks to the bottom
i'm 37 and i swim like a rock,, but i still get my self in the pool asap
