3 weeks to go & feel unprepared!

We are off to DLP in just over 3 weeks and I'm feeling very unprepared!
The only thing we have booked so far is Cafe Mickey - I'm toying with the idea of Auberge De Cendrillion but am not enamored with their menu or prices!

It's been such a long time since we have been to DLP and DD has never been, but what is the Princess Pavillion that I have read about?

Any other tips for us?
