I have to say that today was the highlight of my trip . . . read on to find out how to make Louise a very happy girl !!
We were off to Hollywood Studios today and I felt that this park wa sgoing to be a massive hit with my pirates as they were all budding Jedis !! Cameron has Aspergers and his major obsession is Star wars - something tells me we were going to spend a lot of time riding Star Tours !!
We got into the park really quite late at 11am and found we were parked in the first parking lot - the park on entry looked desserted good luck or I had missed something ??
After posing for our pic we headed towards the Toy story mania ...
The reason the park looked desserted was everyone was here !! We used camerons Gac and rode this ride 3 times in a row and its amazing !! Even keira could join in !
Now after this we were forced to go round to the star wars ride before cameron imploded he rode it with his dad twice then I had to have a go and finally we persuaded him it was time to have some food!!! We ate in the place just opposite the star tours ride and they were amazing with Keiras coeliac issues. The manager cooked hers seperatly for us and it was gorgeous!! Even better a meal for 6 of us cost just $34 - amazing!!
This is where it gets good Daniel wanted to ride star tours and cam, me and Keira wanted to see the block party bash so we split up and we wet in search of somewhere in the shade whilst they joined the line for star tours!!
The block party bash is amazing !! I was quite happily dancing in thecrowd to the music - so high energy when a performer took my hand and dragged me to the front to perform with him - I was gesturing to Cameron to get the camera out of my bag but he so dont get any non verbal cues so just stood there shaking his head at me with total dis taste for me embarrisng him. I on the other hand was loving it !! Totally made my day !! I can now say I have lived my dream and been in a parade !!
After this we met back up with the others - Wayne was gutted he had missed my moment !!
Keira wanted desperatly to see Handy Manny and the boys were desperate to see Bolt so off we go in search of the charcters !! The boys won first dibs so we went into the imagination bit !! Keira was quite happy to see Magic mickey and the bolt charcters but when we said we could go find Manny the boys saw the incredibles and sped off to say hi!! Keira stomped over and Mr incredible bent down to say hi to her !! She looked straight at him and said " I dont know who you are and I dont want hugs im just looking for Handy Manny!!" Mr incredible was in stitches you could see his shoulders going he just stood up and went to find out from the cm where manny wud be !!
As you can see we found Hndy Manny and the cm commented that she was the most excited little girl she had ever seen to see Handy manny.
We ran straight into the playhouse disney live show and I think it was much much better than I expected and agin Keira had a ball!!
We left at Park closing and all had had a fab day !! Cameron was just jabbering on about how we needed to go back again so he could see the jedi show x
