3 Nights on the Fantasy?

A bunch of September 7 Night Fantasy cruises were shortened to 4 nights *and they are all keeping the same sail date.* That means there are 3 day gaps in between. Has there been word about adding 3 day cruises?

Well, I believe they are paid at a set price, for length of their contract, regardless of hours worked. I don't think they are considered hourly, like WDW CMs.

Right, but they don't get tips (aka a huge chunk of their salary)!

Going to be no where for them to go for a fantasy 3 night if both Dream were to continue 2 stops at castaway per cruise and Fantasy did like wise that takes up 6 days.
