Hello all! My husband and I will be doing the 3 night 4 day Disney cruise this October. This is our first ever cruise so we decided to do the short one to see how "magical" it was. From all the reading I have done on a 3 night if we do get a PS for Palo's we have to cancel one of the other restaurants. Is this even worth doing? We would have been in Disney World for the prvious 4 days and have had several nice meals so I wasn't sure what to do. Should we not get a PS seating at Palo's and just eat at the others ones? And if so which restaurant should we miss? Please do tell. Thanks so much!!

Lisa

This is a hard one. Since you're only doing the 3 night, then of course you're only going to have one night in each restaurant. I can't say that there are any that I would pick to miss over the others. They are all really good, and to me eating at all of them was part of the whole experience. I had wanted to book Palo on our cruise as well (we did the 3 night, too), but now I'm glad that I didn't. If you have the slightest feeling that you might book again for another cruise in the future, then I would wait and do it then. If not, and you REALLY want to go to Palo, then go for it! I know this may not be much help in deciding, but I think that going to all the restaurants for the very first time was a neat experience. Good luck deciding!

I wouldn't go to Palo on a 3 day. There is pirate night too so that already affects one night for you.

Personally I would go to Palo on the night you would have gone to Parrot Cay, you can go there for breakfast or something during your cruise. For me 7 nights isn't even long enough :)

I wouldn't want to miss Palo. If you are early seating, could you go to experience the restaurant and maybe have a salad or an appetizer, then book a 9:00 reservation for Palo? This way you won't miss seeing each restaurant, and you won't miss the food at Palo. IMHO, the food at Palo is 10 x's better than the food in the others. I guess you could do a brunch and get a feel for the food, but, the filet mingon was sooooo good! The pizzas were great! You can get the pizzas at brunch..... OK..... I only have to wait like 5 more weeks....... :Pinkbounc

There is no way I would miss Palo's. None! But this is me. DH has the same feelings. You can always double dip and go to your planned rotation and then have a later Palo's ressie. Just do not eat big at your normal seating. Maybe an app or a dessert to share and a glass fo wine (if you are drinkers).

If you are going this October. You need to make Palo's ressies soon. Or you just might miss out. You can always make the reesie and cancel it later.
