So starting tomorrow (yeah I know - slightly more than 3 months- but no since waiting till May 1) - I'm starting my own little boot camp.
I will make a plan each day and see if I can get more tough each day.
I've got to kick my rear into gear and I'm not sure exactly how I'm going to do it - but I want to kick it up.
Anyone want to join me. What can you do to kick it up a notch tomorrow. This is all about taking it one day at a time.
Tomorrow I want to:
Exercise:
If I can get up in the morning - Great if not after work
AND walk at lunch. The weather is going to be nice tomorrow - so get my sneakers on and get out there at lunch.
Take 2 breaks -one in the morning and one in the afternoon and walk my building. I work in a 3 story building on the 3rd floor (I always take the stairs - so can't add this). During the breaks - Walk to other end of building, take stairs to second floor, walk to other end of the building, take stairs to the first floor, walk to the other end of the building, take stairs to the second floor, walk to the end of the building, take stairs to the 3rd floor -break done
Meals:
Breakfast - Oatmeal & Blueberries & a cup of milk
Snack - nuts
Lunch - Chicken and ? - gotta go look in a minute
Snack- nuts
Dinner - most likely ezekiel sprouted grain tortilla pizza with veggies
Water:
Haven't been doing too well here. I have a hard time increasing too fast - so I'll work on 5-6 cups tomorrow.
Gotta think of some ideas for adding as the days go on.
As part of my boot camp - I also want to work on adding new habits for becoming greener and finding alternatives to regular beauty products.
Last week I stopped using straws at home (we all need to put less plastic into the world).
This week I want to replace some cleaners with homemade green safe cleaners (using vinegar, lemon juice and baking soda) and getting rid of toxic cleaners.
I will make a plan each day and see if I can get more tough each day.
