My daughter, son and I took a 3 day trip to the world - arriving the evening of Jan 14, 20200, through Jan 17, 2022.

My daughter flew in from Baltimore, and my son and I flew in on a delayed flight, and arrived at the airport just before 10pm. We were staying at the Gran Testino at Coronado Springs, and had checked-in online, so went directly to the room - which worked out great. We've stayed at the Coronado Springs a number of times before, but this was the first for this building. It was very nice! We unpacked, and called it a day.

Saturday, Jan 15:
We were going to Disney Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom today, so I was up early at 6:30 and out of the room. At 7, I was on Disney Genie +, and after a mistake, booked Slinky Dog - the earliest available was already 2:30, and then Rise of the Resistance. I then book Fligh of Passage for a little after 7:00 pm. I grabbed some breakfast for the crew and got back to the room. We were out of the building at 7:45am, and drove over to DHS for Early Entry. Got a great parking spot and went to Mickey and Minnies' Railway Adventure and got in line. The line started moving at 8:30, and we got out about 8:50. We went directly to Smugglers Run, picked up some blue milk, and ate some sandwiches at Woody's Lunch Box. We went to Star Tours, then did Rise of Resistance, got a drink and went to see Indiana Jones. Went to take a look a Rock and Roller Coaster, then went to Toy Story Mania on Genie +, then went to ABC Commissary for a good lunch. After that we went to Slinky Dog, then did Star Tours again - and headed over to Animal Kingdom.

We got to AK, went to Dinoland and kind of hit a wall, so we got a quick snack. We then went to Flight of Passage, and got out of that around 7:40pm. We then went to our reservation at Rainforest Cafe, which was great, and then headed out - getting back to the hotel about 9:20. Long but great day!

Sunday, Jan 16:
Today is MK! Got up early and got some coffee and food at the bar in the lobby, and got my fastpass for Peter Pan, then my tickets for Seven Dwarves Mine and Space Mountain. Got the crew going and we were out the door about 7:40. It started to rain, and as we were walking to the security gates at MK, it started to pour!! My daughter was smart enough to bring a rain coat, my son and I were not, so we ran into the Emporium and got a coat and some ponchos. We got in the Early Entry line, and since it was still raining, decided to go right to Peter Pan. We then did Tea Cups twice. We were planning on going right to BTMRR, but it was still raining, so we did Haunted Mansion, then Philharmagic. We ate some breakfast in Fantasyland, then did Winnie the Pooh. We did the Laugh Floor, the Buzz, then walked over and did Pirates. We went back to Tomorrowland, rode the People Mover, and then my daughter and I did space mountain. I had gotten a ticket for my son, and he was tired, so my daughter took his, and he ate a hot dog with mac & cheese on it. We then headed back to the hotel to veg.

After taking a break and getting some food at the pool, we went back to the MK, getting in about 6. We got a snack, and had some Genie + passes, so did Pirates again, then BTMRR, then Magic Carpets. We then had dinner, for the first time ever, at Tony's Town Square and loved it. While waiting the kids watched the fireworks. We headed out after dinner and crashed again.

Monday, Jan 17:
Today is Epcot! Followed the same process as Sunday, and got my Remy pass, then a pass for Soarin. We were all supposed to head out mid-afternoon, but due to a big storm in the Northeast, my son and my flight was cancelled - and my daughter's flight was a little later - so we got extra time! We got to Epcot for Early Entry and went right to Test Track - and got right on! We then got right back in line! It was great! We then did a little shopping and went to Remy - which we loved. A little short, and finding the entrance with the lines was pretty confusing, but we made it. We then at lunch at Sunshine Terrace, and did Soarin. We then did the Mission Space - green and then orange. Spaceship Earth was next, then the Nemo ride and checking out that pavillion. We did a little shopping, and then headed out for the aiport. We dropped my daughter off, and my son and I went back for dinner ath the Whipering Canyon Cafe at the Wlderness Lodge. After dinner, we walked around the hotel, and went back to the airport - where we were staying - for our flight back Tuesday morning.

It was a great trip - covered all 4 parks! Epcot is really torn up - crazy walking around future world. AK was disappointing - Everest was down, and there really isn't a lot to do there, which is unfortunate because we really like it. MK was great as always, and DHS was too! Lots of fun!

Sounds like a great trip! You got a lot done in 3 days. Can you give a little more detail on how you used Genie + and I assume the individual lightning lane? Day 1 it seems like you were able to book a lot of attractions early in the day. Thanks!

Yes, I booked the individual lightening lanes first thing - at 7am - with the exception of the first day, since slinky dog goes so quick.

Genie + worked great - I used it more than I probably put down. It was easy to use - and you can show up 5 minutes early (same with lightning lane) - which was great. Pretty sure you can show up 5 minutes late. It was easy, and as crowds waned, I could usually book something immediately for right away, and there were waits in the lines - so that was great.

Both things allowed us to do as much as we did as fast as we did - which was what we were going for. It all cost more than usual, but time was the big thing for us, so it worked out great.

Thanks! My group of 7 (3 first timers) are going in a month. We have 3 day hoppers and my grandsons are 3 and 5. They won't tolerate long lines very well. I hate to pay for Genie and ILL but I think it's a must for this trip.
