3 day Palo question

I tried searching the boards but I can not seem to find the answer to my question. We are taking a 3 day cruise on the Wonder. I know there is no Palo brunch.
1. Is there a Palo breakfast or is dinner the only option?

2. Also, since this is my parents' first cruise I wanted them to be able to experience all of the 3 dining rooms (Tritons, Animator's Palatte and Parrot Cay), if dinner is the only option, can Palo's be booked later for just desert and not dinner?

3.How are the desserts?

4 and what are the hours?

If you have early seating your parents could make a later ressie for Palo, that way they get to see all the restaurants. Or, you could make the ressie for the night of Parrot Cay since they are open for lunch during the cruise and you could experience it then. Don't miss Animator's Palate because of the show.Palos opens at 5, last reservation taken is for 9pm, and only for dinner on the 3 day, I believe. So if you have late seating, can get a ressie for 5pm, and then just have an appetizer or dessert in the assigned dining room later. The desserts are wonderful- the chocolate souffle is heavenly. But the other desserts are good too. They have a nice selection. I hope your parents get to try it out. They won't regret it.
