3 Day Cruise Shore Excursion - What to do?

We are going on our first cruise (ever!) in November. My DH was apprehensive about cruising, but we compromised with the 3 day.

Anyway, we were thinking of the Dolphin Encounter while in Nassau.

Any feedback? If you didn't like this, what would you recommend?

Two adults and two boys, 5 & 7.

My sister and her friend did this and they loved it. They didn't say whether or not there were any children in the group though. Double check on that.
