I will start off short and then add more details if required. Please ask questions so I can comment to your specific needs and make your trip more enjoyable.

Day 1 - Drove wit family from home in Burbank (LA suburb ) to San Pedro at 8:45 am. Reached port at 9.20 am. Dropped luggage and folks at Gate 93. Then drove in parking loop to park car. Check in was a breeze and we got assigned Group 4. Once in the ship at around 11:45 am we registered for Disney Friends tea party and got 5 seats assigned based on our group size. Resgistration for Tea party was at guest services immediately to the right once you enter the ship at Deck 3.

Day 2 - At sea

Day 3 - At sea

Day 4 - Puerto Vallarta

Day 5 - Cabo san Lucas - Pirate Night pirate:

Day 6 - Cabo San Lucas POC cancelled due to (Japanese earthquake) Tsunami warning .. all Mexican ports were closed till 11:30 am so Wonder was not allowed to dock.

Day 7 - At sea.

Day 8 - Just reached home at 11:45 am Burbank. Parking for 8 days was $96. We intentionally choose second seating for dinner and breakfast this morning at 8:45 am. We waited till end to clear the line to disembark.. Collected our baggage at Goofy's section and walked out of port at 11:10 am.. Back home in 35 minutes..

Dining rotations:
1. Animator Palate
2. Parrot Cay
3. Parrot Cay

Servers and stateroom host:

Host - Alex (Philippines)

Happy with all these 4 guys ..

Thanks for update. Two questions...what day was Pirate Night? I noticed on the last few cruises it was moved to Day 5(Cabo). Also, what were the dining rotations?

Thanks. We have Palo reservations for Day 5(Cabo 1st POC). Will possibly consider changing now. Also, your dining rotation is different from the ones posted so far on trip reports..good to know. Sorry about the missed Cabo day, but glad all was safe.

We in fact never wanted to go to Palo for dinner so we were open to any itinerary.

Thanks for the report. I hope your family had a great cruise despite the tsunami warning and the missed Cabo day. Did you have an excursion booked for Cabo that needed to be cancelled? Did they have the Disney Tea on your cruise? We also intentionally chose 2nd seating so it's good to know that if we ordered a shuttle to pick us up at the port between 11:00 - 11:15 it would work out just fine. Thank you.

Thanks for the info mnsweeps! Do you know if there was still no tea party offered on your cruise?

No we did not have any excursions planned so we were good. We were however going to shore for 1 hour to get some knick knacks but we do not regret missing it... all other who booked thru DCL was refunded the money immediately in their account.

Yes there was Disney friends Tea party. We registered immediately when we checked in and got assigned 5 seats based on out group size.

YAY! I am so happy they have brought the tea party back!! Sorry, I hadn't refreshed my screen and someone asked right before me... it's a hot topic, I guess :)

Hi there. You mentioned booking privately for your dolphin encounter excursion. Did you not have any difficulty booking it when they found out you were coming from a cruise ship? This excursion was fully booked on Disney. I telephoned Cabo Dolphins directly to book with them and they said "Sorry, we can't book you as you're from a cruise ship" due to the exclusive contract they have with the cruise lines. It's very interesting that the company you use is able to book cruise ship passengers. Thanks for sharing this info.

sorry I meant thats the only excursion we did in PV.

In cabo we just did the Dolphin encounter with this company as it was cheaper than anyone and we loved it ..

Can you tell me how this worked? Did you pay over the phone with a credit card? What time did you pick? I would love to book this for my kids but I am confused on when it is available and when would be a good time/day to do this. First Cabo Day? Second Cabo Day? Morning, afternoon?

Thanks for any advice. We leave next Sunday.

I booked online on their website and they confirmed within 12 hours via email. No email or phone calls were required for followup. The Dolphin center has quotas for cruise ships and other travel agents. You cannot directly book with them...Just book online on mycaboexperience.com and they will confirm the timings and booking within 12 hours.

Please check my previous reply. Book online on mycaboexperience.com with required timings ( if available). They will confirm within 12 hours.. I would chose day 1 in Cabo. Our timings were 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm..

Didn't you have a room on the 2nd floor relatively close to the Edge? Did you notice any problems with noise?
