Has anyone been successfull trying to get their almost 4 year old in to any of the kids clubs or the pirate cruise? I'll have a 6,5, &3.5 year old at the time of our next vacation and would hate for the youngest to miss out!

Have the ages for the pirate cruise changed? My daughter went last year when she was 3. She had a great time. She seemed to be the youngest, but she was with her older brother and three older friends. At that time they paired up with a buddy so you can make sure your older child chooses the younger one as his or her buddy.

i thought that the magic age was 4... not to try and be dishonest but there is not a lot of difference between 3 1/2 & 4 so i don't know how they would know if she wasn't right at 4 yet... i think the big issue is "being potty trained" and being ok with out mommy and daddy there. i have seen specific notes on all the child care / activity stuff that "your child must be potty trained"

just my thought.....

The child has to be 3 to go on the pirate cruise, but 4 yo to go to any of the kids clubs. We will be there this Sept. and have booked the tea party and adventures in cooking for our DD(they have to also be 3 for these), but I would love to get her into the kids club at the GF(that's where we are staying) She will be 3yr.8mo old, she is potty trained and has been in pre-school since she was 2 so she has no problem being away from mommy and daddy!(when I drop her off, she pushes me out the door!!LOL) I would like to know if other parents have just said their child was 4 to get them in the club? Is this really that bad to do for a child who is only a few months shy of the required age? On our last trip, our DD was almost 3 and when she saw the kids club at the BW she was crying because she wanted to go there so bad! Am I mistaken or wasn't the required age 3 for the kids clubs a couple of years ago? Why the age 4?

Can you please let me know about the tea party and cooking for kids? We are visiting over Christmas and our daughter will be three. Thanks!
