3/4 in the kids clubs - reservation or no?

I have read the new rules a couple of times, but keep confusing myself. And I know it is early in the no reservations for the clubs.

As I read it, the kids club is fully open for 5 and over, no reservation. But the fact that it mentions 5 makes me wonder, do I still need a reservation for a 4 year old? We are a couple weeks from our 30 days out and if I need one, want to make sure we make them, but since some people are still seeing reservations listed on reservations, but also know it can be hanging on from the IT updates. I am just coming for clarification, if there is any yet. Thanks

Wondering this myself, I checked in this am and was able to make reservations for both kids, one 3 and one 8. Who knows.

I remember it, someone who was on the Dream at the time posted a screenshot of an announcement made in the app on the ship. It said that kids club reservations were no longer required for fully vaccinated guests. As 3/4 cannot be fully vaccinated, that implied they needed reservations still.
