What a night! I got on about 10:30pm and spent the night doing the diver's quest, and started the green car quest. I have done these a few times for MonkeyRulz (my DD), but as you may or may not know...she has changed her title a little more than a few times (including the couple of times VMK made her change it). I had to play stinky pirates - but ah! I forgot that Monkey has not played on any level on this title. 
Egad. Luckily, Monkey had a pirate expert on her list. Thanks Jegrezo.
After I got through the diver's quest, I started the green car quest. I have done this more than enough times in the past, and didn't think I would have any trouble whatsoever. But omg...I experienced such terrible lag in the first few games I played. First, VMK crashed. Next, Explorer crashed. Then I signed on again, but lost my head along the way because I automatically signed on as Days instead of Monkey.
So I signed off Days, then signed back on as Monkey. But during the next 2 games I was sent back to the mansion lobby. I was just about to give in and just try again tomorrow - didn't think it was a good mansion night. That's when FuntimesNicole suggested I reboot my computer. Well, lo and behold it worked! Thanks so much, Fun! I played 2 more games and finally was able to get enough green ghosties with one of my longtime mansion buddies, Disney. 
Hugs friends, for stopping what you were doing to help me. I truly appreciate it.
