Personnally, I like to wait a couple of days. Let someone else find out the patch breaks something. But, then again, I don't open up email attachments (unless it's something I mailed to myself) and NEVER click a link in an email message (but I will highlight it enuff to see what the IP is and then check arin.net to see where the site is located).
