Hey this will be my 2nd program, since I've already been through traditions once do I have to do that again?

It depends on the last time you worked. If it's been over a year, then yes

Hmmm... That's strange because my 2nd program was 9 months after my 1st and I had to attend traditions again.

How long after trad was your second program?

If you stay seasonal you won't have to, but if you left and it's been more than a year you have to.

That is of course policy. Ultimately it's casting's call.

You know what from traditions 1 to traditions 2 it was a year and 3 months so that probably explains it. The people at casting didn't think i needed to take it again but it was on my schedule so they said just go. Meh, free day of pay.

I extended last time in the same role and I just worked through the switch like normal. but if you change roles will you start training on the day they gave you as your start or will there be some days off maybe?

It probably depends. For my last CP, I stayed in attractions when I extended (but changed locations). I had 3 days off before I started training
