2nd pin code but same numbers can you use it 2x?

I got a pin code way back in Jan that had me flipping excited and booked my poly club level for 40% off. Yeah, you know the same 40% that you can now get by booking online through the specials section.

Now, today in my email I received a 2nd pin, but it has the same numbers.

Is it usable twice?

but I guess I should be flipping excited, I went in through the specials page and my price from my travel agent is about $700 less with the exact same package.

Your travel agent can use the PIN code to book you too.

Disney doesn't volunteer to the agent that a customer has a PIN code, but if you give the PIN code to your TA along with the name and address/email it was sent to any agent can book the PIN code special for you. I book them for clients all the time.
