Sorry my 1st day seemed to go on and on, but this resort is just amazing! I did forget to mention how the rooms were- they were very nice, definetly enough room for 2 people, more if everyone uses the 2 beds, your basic size room, (are they really EVER roomy enough !?? );) Besides, you are on vacation... GET GOING... I know I NEVER spend much time in room anyway! Of course every room comes w/ hair dryer, coffee maket, iron and ironing board, room safe, club room also has the mini bar, of course. Nice mahogany furniture, you can tell place is new! OKAY, enough of the room. We spent the next day, drinking ,snacking at Royal Club, and had to get my Crabdip with garlic bread thingy at Margarittaville and then just RELAXING ... POOLSIDE!! Nothing beats laying out (okay,... sometimes PASSING OUT ;) - under the swaying palm trees, hearing the sound of the bubbling jacuzzi behind you and the soft music in the background!!! AHHH!!! PURE HEAVEN! At night, it is even prettier, with the lights bouncing off the waters edge! Can you picture it? :teeth:

If you don't mind, I have two questions. We will be arriving at RPR on Thursday, Aug. 22 for 3 nights (next week!) Club room.

1.) How was the air conditioning? Did it stay cool at night? My reason for asking is others had problems with the A/C being "motion activated" and it would turn off and get very warm at night.

2.) Did you have any problems with parking? Did you self park or valet?

Thanks for the great report, I'm really looking forward to this resort now!!

Air conditioning wasnt too much of a problem, although my brother was... he likes it warmer than me!! :p I got up in middle of nite to make it a little warmer for him... such a nice sister, dont you think? ;) I have heard that if you DO have problems, you can call down and they can fix it from the front desk . No, we didn't drive, so I really cant comment on the parking. Sorry. YOU WILL LOVE THIS PLACE!:p
