My family has decided to go on a Disney cruise rather than to Cancun this Christmas. So here is a GREAT opportunity for a DVC Owner to rent this villa from another DVC member for significantly less points than what DVC charges (240 points OBO). We have a 2BR villa at the Royal Mayan in Cancun from December 25 - January 1. The villa enjoys a spectacular view of the Caribbean from both the villa and terrace. The Royal Mayan is rated the 8th best timeshare in the world (even ahead of OKW - HERESY! ).

This trade would NOT be possible through Member Services (even for 270 points). The Royal Resorts gives members priority in exchanging back in, so all Royal Resort members have access to these weeks first. As a result, it is impossible to get the a 2BR villa during New Year's Holiday week through DVC's World Collection or through Interval without owning a Royal Resort.

Exchange includes <b>free daily maid service</b>, free use of all amenities (and those at 4 other sister resorts), including <b>free use of sailboats, bicycles, snorkeling gear, and tennis courts!</b>

I would prefer to trade this with a DVC member in exchange for the transfer of points into my DVC account (we would like to stay at DVC resorts around the dates of our cruise).
