We are Platinum, but by 12:15 they were all sold out. I didn't realize concierge did that? On a happy note....only 92 more days

No. I was hoping with my Gold Status I'd be able to book a Serenity Bay cabana. All cabanas for both days were sold out at 12:01 am

When I looked yesterday, I did see that Serenity Bay had 1 available on both days.
