Ditto here....we've only been to CC in January and mid-March = cold water! How hot do you think CC will be? Possible breeze?

Ooooh, this I really dont know. But I am hoping that with the Double Dip we will totally have a lot of fun at CC IN the water!

We have been in July before. It was very warm. The water was great for swimming!! There were breezes. Try to get there early and get a good seat in the shade

Hello Everyone!!! We are really looking forward to our first Disney cruise and can't wait to be a part of the magic of the Disney Dream!

What is everyone's #1 tip or advice for first time cruisers???? We already know about the FE, decorating the doors and bringing an item for the characters to sign. However, we were wondering if any of you had other great tips that we could learn from???

My #1 tip is don't over plan. It's vacation for a reason, take some time to just relax! Tip #2 is always carry a camera, you never know who you'll run into just walking around. One cruise we were running the deck and out came Goofy in his track suit for a run =)

We are thinking of getting one for our swim with the dolphins and our snorkeling excursion but not sure if it would be worth the money???

Are you a Sam's Club member by any chance? They currently have the Fuji XP80 Waterproof camera $50 off making it $149.88 (thru July 19th) for the bundle which includes the camera, float strap, little case and SD card. We had an Olympus tough camera which we loved but the seal was starting to go bad. We bought the Fuji last week and tried it out this past weekend at the pool and it was wonderful. I've never had a Go Pro so I can't compare to that.

Check your excursion's rules. I don't think that you can bring a camera on some of the swimming with dolphin excursions. I think they want you to buy their photo packages.

And if you have kids, carry their autograph book....my daughter & I just happened upon Ariel one evening randomly but didn't have her autograph book (or a camera).

Can you carry a water-proof (obviously) camera/video on the Aquaduck?

We tried on the Fantasy, but the CM made us take the camera back out to give to our dad. The CM said that only Go Pro type cameras that are strapped to your chest are the only ones allowed. This was just our experience. I would do a bit of checking on the DCL website to see if there are rules.

My mom and I cant wait to ride the Aqua Duck in a few weeks!
