from Florida tours. I will email tomorrow but this make me nervous since we arrive at 10pm with a 17month old and 6 and 9yo in tow...

Just simply call them and find out directly. Their toll free #
1-888-832-2111

You can also go to their website and check your reservation. I got my confirmation email for 2/5 pickup on 2/2.

I'm in the same boat except that I'm 38 hours out. I'm glad that other posters have been happy using FL Tours, but I'm a little disappointed and I haven't even arrived at the airport yet. They advertise in their ad at the top of this board "Receive a confirmation E-mail within minutes". That didn't happen when I made my reservation online. I understood later that they were having problems with their server and many e-mails did not go out. I was okay with that explanation and I liked the fact that I could use their new client services area to see my reservation.

Another advertising point they make is "2nd courtesy E-mail 2 days prior to your arrival". As I said, I'm 38 hours out. Maybe I'm still in their 2 day window but I won't be able to check e-mail after 5:00 p.m. tomorrow (Thursday) as I am traveling to the airport that I will be flying from on Friday morning. Of the four advertised features, I'm batting 1 for 3.

I agree Sondra. Yes I can call but they advertised a service that they did not provide. The whole towncar thing in Orlando make me nervous. I knwo this may not be a big deal but it does nothing to reassure me.

Well, I did call and I found out that it's not FL Tours fault. I'm an AOL subscriber and AOL's spam filter was preventing their e-mails from getting to me.

Here is what you can do to find their e-mail. In AOL select Mail and then Mail Controls. Then in the right hand box titled "Control What is in the Mail I Get", about 2/3 of the way down is a hyperlink to access your Spam folder. When I did this, I found my FL Tours confirmation e-mail as well as e-mails from the DIS Board webmaster that I had replies to my postings. By clicking "This is Not Spam", I could reroute the e-mail to my New Mail Folder. There is a check box above the link to the Spam folder that you can uncheck if you do not want AOL's advanced spam filter to censor your e-mails.

Hope this helps others and I'm now more confident in FL Tours.
