I have 270 BANKED DVC points available for use between April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007. Rental cost per point is $9.00, & as these points are banked, they can not be transferred to another account. Since the points are banked, according to DVC rules, "I" must initiate the request for reservations on your behalf. You would be responsible for checking the desired location for availability. Once you have selected your resort and dates, I can then be contacted, and we will arrange the reservation, which would be completed after I have received the agreed payment. I would prefer keeping all of the points together if possible. I can be contacted at the below e-mail address.
FURTHER BOOKING INFORMATION:AS MY HOME RESORTS ARE OLD KEY WEST AND VERO, BOOKING AT EITHER ONE OF THESE RESORTS CAN BE DONE AS LONG AS THE CHECKOUT DATE IS 11 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF BOOKING. ANY OTHER RESORT, THE TIME WINDOW IS ONLY 7 MONTHS, SO PLEASE BE SURE AND CALCULATE THIS TIME CORRRECTLY. THANKS!
