My family is not going to Disney World this year, so we have a few points we can either Rent or Transfer.
The Points become available on February 1st, 2023, so they can be banked or used if a Transfer is wanted.
I have 262 BCV Points and 68 BLT points available.
I can book all villa locations if your request is within 7 months and up to 11 months out for BCV and BLT.
If you are renting, please PM me or post here the dates and Villa location you are looking for. I will get back to you via PM. I will require you to fill out a contract that both parties will sign.
10% down to get a reservation
40% is due once the renter receives their Disney Confirmation
The remaining balance is due by the 60th day of check-in.
If paying by PayPal, a 3% charge will be added.
Cancellation is available up until the 90th day from check-in to receive a 90% refund of payments made.
Cancellation between the 89th and 60th day from check-in to receive a 50% refund of payments made.
No cancellation refund will be awarded if cancellation is made within 59 days of check-in. In that case, I would be more than willing to move your reservation to another date if possible.
Rentals using 100 points or more will be $18 per point.
Rentals using 99 points or less will be $20 per point.
Transfer agreed upon would be for $18 per point. (Must be at least 68 BLT Points or 100 BCV Points or higher)
I have been a Disboard member for over 20 years and rented many times here when my family wasn't traveling that year.
