Contact the cruise line, I am sure they will provide a catalog or website of gifts you can have delivered directly to their stateroom.

Contact the cruiseline and they can set you up with some gift baskets or you can even put X-amount of dollars on their "sail & sign" account card. They can use that for whatever they buy on the ship (photos, souvies, extra pay restaurants, tips, etc)

I think some on cruiselines, you can even set up a photo session. That'd be pretty neat.

I was going to suggest an anniversary photo package as well. I think that would be great. You could pay for a shore excursion if that is something they might do. Not sure how well they get around since they are probably 70+. But definitely call the cruiseline. They will help you out! If they like to play the slot machines you could give them rolls of coins to take with them.
