depends on the resort. depends on whether the contract is loaded or stripped.

if dues are $5 per pt, your dues would go up $125 (25 pts x $5).

I actually saw one last week on one of the major resale sites. For OKW.

Caught my eye specifically because it WAS for only 25 points.

It was gone the next day.

My point exactly. They are rare, and go very fast. Prices are higher for them too. This is the reason people usually buy these 25 point contracts direct and maybe why we may see more of them on the resale market in the future.
