I have not received the follow-up e-mail either. However, I spoke with a TRU rep today and she shared that my order was reinstated and the order details were showing in her computer. She called a Supv to the phone who informed me that the e-mail from last evening was in error. I'm going to give them until Tuesday and then call back if I don't hear anything in the interim.

I haven't received the email either, but I did visit the paypal site and saw that there is a new offer of $10 cash back on $50 Toys R Us purchase. I hope this is not their answer to the problem!

Minnie, I just spent half an hour waiting to talk to someone and they told me my order was still cancelled (which I could see on the order screen) He said it would not be reinstated because it shows it completely cancelled.

He said that I should receive another e-mail by tomorrow with a code. If not...guess I get to spend another half hour on the phone.

I called twice and was told it would automatically got through, then they tried to get a new code. I am not expecting a code to be mailed at this point and have bought other things so I actually don't even want the order anymore.

I received a new code to use as it states that my order was cancelled. However, it still shows on my paypal account as "pending"......

I'm going to call this evening to see what is going on....

I agree, TONS of stuff is out of stock and when I click on somethings that are "in stock" it tells me they are "temporarily unavailable".
