click on earn points page and then click on career Center then there is a banner for Study at home courses, then u will see "Click here to request more information about PCDI and earn 25 Points!". If u don't find it keep refreshing the page.

I can't even sign up as the state of Iowa is not listed.

I just did this offer and there is no blue pop up. The link states that you will not see automatic confirmation of your point earning. You should see the points in your account within 20 business days.
