24h Hour lock out on MDE

Was just told by disney cm that too many attempts were made to link tix (by them and myself) and now the account is locked out for 24 hours anyone experience this and is there a work around ???
I have the military tickets and it's impossible to tell the difference between the "zeroes" and 0"'s and by the time I got a cm who knew the work around for the number/letter issue we exceeded attempts. Sooooo frustrated

If you are staying off site, you can always make a new MDE account and attempt to link the tickets to the new account.

If you are onsite, you'll have to wait until lock-out is lifted to link them to your MDE where the resort reservation is linked.
