My family has 249 points for rent at the Beach Club Villas. I can make a reservation as far out as March 22, 2014 for this resort or November 22, 2013 at other resorts.

I am an experienced renter who can provide references, along with making reservations for Disney Dining and the Magical Express.

We are asking $12 a point.

Hello - for some reason my PM is not working. My family is interested in staying at the Boardwalk (in a standard view one bedroom) or a BCV (studio) from 9/15-9/19/13. Hello, we (DH and I, total of 2 travelers) are traveling September 14 through September 20, 2013 and are open to a few options:

1st Choice: Bay Lake Towers, Studio, either standard or lake view (86 or 104 points needed)

OR

2nd Choice: Beach Club Villas, Studio (91 points needed)

This will be for our 10th anniversary and we are looking for a relaxing atmosphere at a resort that offers the opportunity to walk to at least one park. We go to WDW every year and usually stay at POP. I have researched BLT quite a bit, but if you don't mind me asking, would you say that BCV would be a good option for us? I know it looks very nice from the photographs and the pool/beach area has caught my eye many times when we have been on the Boardwalk.

Above is my original post. After some research, I think we are actually leaning more towards a standard studio at Kidani Village as our 2nd choice, rather than the Beach Club. If you should still be looking to rent a portion of your left over points (we need 68 points for Kidani) after the person you are currently waiting on, we are interested.
